HOW TO USE IT

In just three easy steps, you can able to take reading from BP Machine

1.Connect to Device

- Click on '+' button on My Health Dashboard
- Select the Device from list

2.Measure Vitals

- Measure your pulse

3.Sync Readings

-Turn on BPM device.
- Take readings in BPM.
-Click on sync button in mobile and select the added device.
-It will sync the latest readings to your mobile

Troubleshooting

Indications

  1. If Display or measurement values not working correctly

Causes

  1. Bluetooth Connectivity
  2. Battery Problem
  3. Cable issue between the sleeve and the device

Solutions

  1. Unpair and Pair the BPM via bluetooth
  2. Restart the BPM
  3. Change the batteries if needed
  4. Check the Sleeve wheather aligned correctly to the hand
  5. Check with connectivity cable between the sleeve and the device
  6. Go to bluetooth settings in the device then remove the paired device
