HOW TO USE IT
In just three easy steps, you can able to take reading from BP Machine
1.Connect to Device
– Enable bluetooth in your mobile device.
– Open callcare24 and go to my health tab.
-Click on Oxygen saturation tile.
Note: For the first time connectivity need to pair the device. After successful pairing user can continue with steps
2.Measure Vitals
– Connect the pulse oxymeter to your fingure
3.Sync Readings
-Device will Measure the readings for 1 minute
– It will sync the latest readings into callcare 24 app after 1 minute.

Troubleshooting
1. Device battery problem.
2. Internet connectivity.
1. Check the battery status of Vital 360 device.
2. Make sure to charge the device if the battery is low.
3. Switch off the device and Turn it on again.
4. Check the internet is properly connected through Wi-Fi / Cellular network.
5. Change the network mode and try to save the readings.
6. Retake the vitals from device and verify that they are displaying correctly.
1. Improper Cuff placement to hand.
2. Improper Selection of positions in vital 360 & not maintaining same positions while measuring BP
1. Check the cuff is placed correctly to selected hand.
2. Keep the cuff properly to hand.
3. Check the device is placed correctly while measuring the BP
4. Verify the vital data after measuring and try to retake the readings if the data is not accurate.
1. Improper placement of IR sensor to body
2. Improper accuracy because of dust or dirt in IR sensor
1. Check the device is connected to proper internet
2. Make sure you’re holding the Vital 360 at the correct distance
3. Clean the infrared sensor with a soft cloth, as dust or dirt can impact accuracy.
4. Allow a few seconds between measurements to reset the sensor.
5. Wait or hold the device until the timer completes
