HOW TO USE IT

In just three easy steps, you can able to take reading from Omron® Smart Watch

1.Connect to Device

1. Turn on the Bluetooth on mobile device
Note: Assign watch MAC id to the patient from clinic module.

2.Measure Vitals

1. Wear the watch to hand firmly
2. Click on My health and Click on any of the vital tile to measure the vital readings.
3. Once the device is connected successfully the watch starts measure the readings.

3.Sync Readings

1.Click on save to sync the latest readings into callcare24 app.

Troubleshooting

INDICATION: Display or measurement values not working correctly

1. Watch battery might be low.
2. Improper internet connectivity.

1. Check the battery status of Omron® Watch.
2. Make sure to charge the watch if the battery is low.
3. Long press to power off the device and Turn it on again.
4. Check the mobile phone is connected to proper internet.

INDICATION: The measurement is not starting in mobile device

1. Bluetooth connectivity issue.
2. Watch MAC id is not provided correctly to the patient.

1. Check the Bluetooth is enabled in mobile phone.
2. Verify the MAC ID of watch is correctly assigned to patient.
3. Verify the connected devices through Bluetooth from watch.
4. Search the watch from Bluetooth settings & try to connect the watch.

INDICATION: The measurement of vitals are inaccurate.

1. Watch may not properly inserted to hand.
2. Improper accuracy because of dust or dirt in sensors.

1. Check the mobile device is connected to watch through Bluetooth.
2. Make sure the watch is not too tightly inserted to hand.
3. Clean the infrared sensor with a soft cloth, as dust or dirt can impact accuracy.
4. Allow a few seconds between measurements to reset the sensor.
5. Hold the device without any movements until the timer completes
