2. Verify the MAC ID of watch is correctly assigned to patient.
3. Verify the connected devices through Bluetooth from watch.
4. Search the watch from Bluetooth settings & try to connect the watch.

INDICATION: The measurement of vitals are inaccurate.

1. Watch may not properly inserted to hand.
2. Improper accuracy because of dust or dirt in sensors.

1. Check the mobile device is connected to watch through Bluetooth.
2. Make sure the watch is not too tightly inserted to hand.
3. Clean the infrared sensor with a soft cloth, as dust or dirt can impact accuracy.
4. Allow a few seconds between measurements to reset the sensor.
5. Hold the device without any movements until the timer completes
